Survey of unconverted oast
Our client was looking to purchase this oast building with the intention of converting it into a house. They instructed us to conduct a full survey to highlight any structural issues and concerns.

Conversion of church into flats
The client had purchased this beautiful old church and had obtained planning permission to create five 2-bedroom flats and one 1-bedroom flat inside the building without impacting the exterior. It was a challenging project owing to the protected nature of the building and the demands of the client’s plans.
